Gonzalez is family-owned and operated. Our second-generation management team grew up with the company, steers its course and works with the same level of commitment that has driven decades of success. But you won’t find them in some walnut-paneled, elegantly-furnished management suite. Look for them on the shop floor, in customer facilities, and on the front lines where we build, test and install our manufacturing solutions.
Chief Executive Officer
The man you want leading an organization like Gonzalez needs a deep understanding of manufacturing systems, engineering solutions, and process management. It takes leadership skills, financial acumen, and foresight to weather difficult times even as you plan for the future. It also helps to have your name on the building, but that’s not enough. With over three decades of leadership, Gary has been at the core of building Gonzalez into one of the top resources in the field. And Gonzalez – the man, the people and the company – are also known for something more: A deep commitment to the community.

Vice President, Chief Operation Officer
No one is born a COO; the best have to earn their stripes. After starting in the Gonzalez blueprint room at 15, Patrick worked in the design area while pursuing studies in engineering, then spent years as a contract engineer at OEM customers. The result: A COO who knows the business from the bottom up; from the ammonia scent of the print room to the front line requirements of OEM customers. At Gonzalez, Patrick’s ties and know-how add to the stability of a like-minded leadership team. You get the same vision, the same drive and the same organizational goals.
