Semi-Kinetics' Assembly Options - Full Turnkey, Surface-Mount, Through-Hole and BGA Assembly and Rework

We offer both turnkey and consignment assembly.  Our purchasing department has over 20 years of experience in component handling and procurement.  We will purchase the components to your exact specifications from a wide variety of distributors, as well as direct from manufactures.  Or if you prefer to provide the components, we can assemble them to your drawings.

Automatic Optical Inspection & X-Ray Services Semi-Kinetics offers automatic optical inspection. Using the CAD data that you supply we can program our optical inspection system to verify value, polarity, presence or absence of components and check for solder shorts or opens.  This is an inexpensive alternative where functional or in-circuit tests are not feasible.  BGA devices can be x-rayed on our Glenbrook x-ray system.

In-Circuit and Functional Testing

Semi-Kinetics offers a full in-circuit test.  A bed of nails fixture will be manufactured to match your PCB. Then a test program will be written that will test for shorts and analyze each component. Failed boards will be repaired before shipping. Functional testing on your fixtures is also available.
